We’re still here, we’ve just been behind the scenes
If you’ve wondered where we’ve been, thank you for noticing.
No blog posts for two years, a quiet social feed and a rebrand in waiting. That’s not what you’d expect from a marketing agency, we know. But sometimes, doing the work means disappearing into it and that’s exactly what we’ve been doing.
What happened while we were quiet?
Over the last two years, we’ve been focused on what we do best, crafting thoughtful, design-led marketing for the developers building communities across Britain.
Working with boutique home builders and regional developers, our focus has deepened in the property sector, helping clients launch, scale and sell with confidence, without relying solely on traditional estate agency models.
We’ve refined our craft, built long-term relationships and taken a more strategic role in helping developers grow their own brands, ones that attract buyers, build trust and endure beyond a single site launch.
What began as a creative agency for the construction sector has evolved into a dedicated marketing partner for UK property developers and housebuilders. We’ve grown with our clients and our new direction reflects that perfectly.
Our journey into property marketing
Tall Zebra was founded by our Creative Director, Alex, who began building his client base and portfolio within the UK construction industry at just 22. His relationships were forged through the quality of his work and strengthened by his personable, collaborative approach, qualities that remain central to how we operate today.
That early experience gave Alex a unique perspective on both sides of the industry, the practical realities of building homes and the creative strategies required to sell them.
As his network grew, over the years, so did the demand for thoughtful, design-led marketing within the property sector. Several pivotal projects in 2021, marked a key turning point, leading to the expansion of our small but focused team.
Through one of our development lending clients, we began partnering with the developers they supported, ambitious builders turning their visions into communities. We helped them create brands that spoke directly to their buyers, marketing strategies that delivered measurable results and campaigns that built equity and reduced dependency on estate agents.
It wasn’t long before our reputation grew organically, driven by word of mouth and genuine results. That’s when we realised we’d found our place, at the intersection of design, strategy and property.

We’re returning with a renewed sense of purpose and a brand that finally reflects who we are today, a dedicated property marketing agency with a sharp eye for design, strategy and storytelling.
Alexander Chadwick, Creative Director, Tall Zebra
A new chapter
Today, Tall Zebra is proud to stand as one of the UK’s few dedicated property marketing agencies. We help developers sell homes smarter, strengthen their brands, and save thousands every year in traditional estate agency fees. For the developers we work with, this isn’t just about marketing. It’s about building something that lasts, an identity, a presence and a system that continues to work long after the final home is sold.
Our rebrand marks a clear statement of who we’ve become:
• A refined visual identity that reflects our approach, timeless, elegant, and purposeful.
• A reimagined website designed to showcase our client work and the stories behind each development.
• A sharper focus on our niche, marketing for property developers and housebuilders across the UK.
• A growing portfolio of projects that prove great design and strategy build homes as well as brands.
Why this matters
The UK property landscape is evolving. Developers are increasingly taking control of their own marketing, building brands that rival national players and connecting directly with their buyers. We’re proud to be part of that shift, giving developers the tools, strategy and creative assets to market independently and grow sustainably.
And while our social feeds may have been quiet, behind the scenes, we’ve been building stronger foundations, for our clients and ourselves.
What comes next?
This is the beginning of a new chapter for Tall Zebra. Expect more stories, insights, and case studies from the developers we’re proud to partner with, the people building the homes and communities Britain needs.
We’re excited to share the lessons we’ve learned, the strategies that work and the creative process that continues to evolve.
Because while we may have been quiet, we’ve never been still!

Can you review whether my graphic design approach is working?
Yes, absolutely. We’ll look at everything from your online engagement and brochure design to how your visual identity looks across different channels. Often, we can spot inconsistencies or missed opportunities straight away. We’ll give you honest feedback and suggest ways to refine your design for better impact and cohesion.

Do we need a brand strategy in place before going to market?
If you want success, yes. A brand strategy helps you move with confidence. It defines your purpose, shapes your messaging and ensures every brochure, social post, or showhome video is consistent, intentional, and effective. It also equips your sales team with the tools and language to connect with buyers in a meaningful way. Think of it like growing up, remember how much trickier life felt before you really knew who you were? Once your identity is established, decisions become easier and more aligned. The same is true for a business; when your brand identity is embedded, everything flows with clarity and purpose.
