Creating a credible brand and high-performing lead gen strategy for Salboy Capital

The client

Salboy Capital is the funding arm of Salboy Group, an award-winning UK property developer known for delivering high-quality homes and commercial buildings nationwide. 

Our client supports selected developers with funding backed by real development experience. More than just lenders, they offer practical insight, strategic support and are committed to funding developers to create thriving communities. To date they have lent over £600m and have delivered 4,000+ homes. 

The challenge 

In 2021, we began working with Salboy Capital, then operating as Salboy Build Partner, as they set out to establish a dedicated, standalone lending arm whilst still being associated with the wider Salboy Group. 

Having originally started as a lender before becoming a leading developer, the launch of Salboy Build Partner marked a natural return to their roots, offering funding backed by real development experience. Our brief was to help shape this new sub-brand, and grow it into a trusted, standalone presence for property lending. 

At the time, their digital presence was minimal, with just 44 followers on LinkedIn and they lacked the creative and strategic marketing infrastructure needed to scale brand awareness and lead generation in a competitive B2B market.

Our work with Salboy Capital developed into a full-spectrum creative partnership, building a high-performing, credible and recognisable lending brand from the ground up.

Website & copywriting

In 2021, we delivered a professional brochure website that continues to support broader brand activity and performance-led marketing channels.

Brand collateral

We created a consistent suite of branded materials, including brochures, flyers, business cards, merchandise, stationery, and exhibition stands, all aligned with their premium positioning.

LinkedIn-led content strategy

LinkedIn became the central platform for brand awareness and lead generation, we produced branded posts with CGI and photography, highlighted collaborations, designed graphics with B2B-focused copy and grew an engaged audience of UK property developers.

When we took over management of Salboy Capital’s LinkedIn presence, the page had just 44 followers. That number has since grown to 7,535, a 17,025% increase. Today, Salboy Capital outperforms its top five competitors on organic engagement and audience growth.
