Forge UK Homes is an up-and-coming developer duo based in the North of England. With a small, hands-on team and a growing portfolio of residential projects, they bring a highly personal approach to homebuilding and to working relationships. Their homes combine practical layouts with contemporary styling and their commitment to quality shines through their attention detail. 

The challenge 

As a growing developer, Forge UK Homes needed a brand and digital presence that would reflect their ambitions while feeling grounded and approachable. Starting with no existing brand or online platform, they came to us to help them define a clear identity, create a functional website, and support the launch of their first development. They wanted us to create something that represented them well and was relatively understated.

Our approach

Our goal was to create a confident but down-to-earth identity,  something that felt fresh, trustworthy and scalable. The personable nature of the Forge UK team made for a collaborative and enjoyable process. For the website and marketing materials, their creative direction was clear, to keep things simple.  

We focused on clean design, user-friendly structure and straightforward, concise copywriting that reflects their approachable tone of voice. We also developed a sub-brand for their debut development and signage that aligns seamlessly with the main brand.
